We are able to work with companies whether they are searching for leadership potential within the organization or outside. We can work with executive search committees or executive headhunters. This is what we offer:

  • We can facilitate the process of forming a shared definition of leadership. Management skills are not leadership skills.
  • A psycho-diagnostic assessment process which measures predictors known as the most reliable and valid indicators of leadership potential.
  • Structured and semi-structured psychological interviews; a comprehensive psychological test battery; and 360 multi-level ratings of executive performance.
  • A comprehensive written report to management that summarizes the candidate's leadership style and his strengths and deficits as they relate to leadership potential.
  • Feedback to the candidate to discuss the report and the potential for promotion and effective leadership.

The succession planning process is more complex in that it also involves:

  • A comprehensive review of the company's history, present corporate culture, and the vision the candidate is expected to fit into.
  • An analysis of the job description which may necessitate some revision.
  • A development of the executive job profile.
  • A comparison study when there are several candidates being considered.
  • Feedback to the various candidates on their strengths, deficits, and potential.
  • Ongoing feedback consultations with management during the assessment process.
  • A design of the advancement plan for the candidate chosen which is integrated with the company's strategic vision.
  • Our involvement in the development and nurturing of those candidates chosen in order to optimize their leadership potential.
